Hui ‘Ike Loa is headed by Volunteer Advisory Chair and Head of Production media executive James “Jimbo” Allen Taylor. Mr. Taylor has over twenty-five (25) years of media production, training, pre and post media production, directing, editing and creating media for cable, TV, video, audio and commercial/non- commercial broadcast. Mr. Taylor brings extensive industry and community knowledge and experience that will benefit and greatly contribute to MASF and Hui ‘Ike Loa’s vision and mission to build community leaders through our youth; engaging with and gathering and telling the stories of our kupuna and communities. Over the past twenty-five (25) years, Mr. Taylor has developed and mentored an entire generation of community leaders as a media specialist at Nanakuli High and Intermediate School for ten (10) years as well as the Manager for both the Wai’anae and Nanakuli Community Media Center in conjunction with ‘ÅŒlelo Community Media and the Nanakuli CMC Youth and Community Engagement.Mr. Taylor is the key executive who developed, created, maintained and implemented a wide variety of live and recorded productions, programs and initiatives for community media and cable TV broadcasting on ‘ÅŒlelo Community Media. Mr. Taylor's passion still remains the same-  giving and sharing. He volunteers his time bringing value to the youth here at Hui 'Ike Loa, impacting & influencing youth to make positive change.
